About the event

The body is the closest relationship between man and nature. By strengthening the opportunities of our physical experience, we also strengthen the connection with planet Earth. My goal with these lessons is to understand if the burning crisis of the era really responds to how we might think we are new as part of the earth's ecosystem.

Can we share physical space, close to each other, without competing?

Contact improvisation is based on the communication between two moving bodies that are in physical contact and on their combined relationship with the physical laws that govern their movement: gravity, momentum, inertia. The body, in order to feel these sensations, learns to release excess muscle tension and to abandon a certain quality of will to experience the natural flow of movement. This course involves rolling, falling, standing upside down, following a physical contact point, supporting and weighting a partner. Mobile support and gentle flying technique will be sought.
